Thank you for placing your order. We are certain that you will be satisfied with your career document. All prices will be stated upfront when you place your order. We do send drafts before finalizing your documents to make sure that it is per your preference, therefore, we do not issue refunds. However, if you mistakenly placed an order for the wrong package, contact us and we will review your request. 

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds. However, if you mistakenly placed an order for the wrong package, request a refund before the first draft is sent and we will review this request. Orders will be refunded using the client’s initial method of payment.

*Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed. These stipulations apply to PayPal and Swipe accounts as well. *
